A special cuvee made from Merlot varieties grown in the Odem Vineyard at an altitude of 1200 meters in the northern part of the Golan Heights.
It is an organic wine that makes full use of the technology of Israeli famous brew Jarden.
The aroma is a gorgeous impression with layers of ripe cherries, plums, dark chocolate and orange blossoms. I also feel a hint of sage.
