Uses Chenin Blanc over 50 years old and Muscat of Alexandria over 70 years old. A special dessert wine made by blending Chenin Blanc, which has noble rot bacteria attached by the fog in early spring, and Muscat of Alexandria, which has been ripened to dry raisins and condensed sweetness.
The appearance is bright yellow. Apricot fruit aromas, ripe tropical fruits of pineapple and passion fruit, and candy aromas rise from the glass.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a rich, sweet honey-like taste that gently spreads in your mouth. The sweet and rich fruit flavor of marmalade and yellow raisins is well-balanced with strong acidity. A spicy aroma reminiscent of saffron appears on the finish, leaving a refreshing sweetness on the tongue.
