Perrier-Jouët has been loved by royalty in each country and celebrities around the world since its inception. The only surviving long-hit rosé in the Brason de France (French medal) series that was previously sold. Rich richness, deep finish, exquisite balance and grace are masterpieces that enhance the taste of the dish.
A bright rosy color with a faint pale orange glow. Its elegant, lively and brilliant bubbles are reminiscent of a fresh taste. Pomegranate, pear, apricot, blood orange, ripe red fruit and floral scent of roses. Over time, the fruity, gently enveloping aroma shifts to the scent of biscuits, butter and pastries. It has a sharp and powerful mouthfeel, and when you include a bite, you can feel the richness and complex taste. A long, rich finish with fruit nuances such as lime and blackberry lasts forever. In addition to salmon, sardines, and sushi, the mellow taste is even more pronounced when you eat duck breast and lamb with a red fruit sauce such as cranberries.
