“Vin Santo” called “mythical honey” on the island of Santorini. A special sweet wine that can only be made from a single vine to a shot glass.
Characterized by the natural sweetness of raisins, this wine boasts a history of more than 600 years on Suntory Nishima.
You can feel the fruity and luxurious flavors of figs, prunes and honey.
Since only a small amount can be made from high sugar content grapes, it is just right to call it “mythical honey”, and the balanced sweetness and fresh acidity spread comfortably.
