A 100% Chardonnay wine produced by a newly born winery in South Africa that perfectly matches the fresh fruit and the aroma of barrel aging. It is a sustainable farming method that is close to nature, and its appeal is that it has a taste that exceeds the price carefully made.
Aromas of ripe yellow peaches, pineapples, guava and other tropical fruits, caramel from barrel aging, and smoky aromas drift from the glass in a brilliant golden hue.
The attack is soft and smooth. The umami of the fruit reminiscent of apricot jam and the rich taste with a hint of honey spread in the mouth. The acidity is moderate, and the nutty flavor that gives a good barrel aroma remains in the lingering finish for a long time, and is well-balanced.
