It is aged in barrels, but there is no vanilla or cream barrel incense because it uses the minimum amount of barrels that bring out the deliciousness of the fruits.
As for the taste, the charming sourness of red fruits such as raspberries and cherries and the umami of rounded tannins are layered, creating a complex taste.
