Producer Rockford continues to preserve the traditional construction of Barossa Valley. Barrossa’s icon and founder Robert O’Callahan has earned all the respect in Barossa.
Dried fruits (raisins, figs and plums) and coffee. A toasty, slightly understated oak flavor balanced with them. A very elegant finish with well-crafted tannins, strength and full-bodied personality. The lingering sound is beautiful and long-lasting. With proper cellaring, it seems possible to mature for more than 20 years.
