Natural fermentation using only natural yeast in a stainless steel tank. After aging in acacia barrels for 4 months, the wine is bottled unfiltered and then released in the bottle after aging for 6 months or more. A unique blend of Sauvignon Blanc with Riesling rings is also attractive.
A deep yellow hue that seems to have condensed umami. When poured into a glass, the aromas of lemon peel, apricot and orange fruit are drifting from the glass.
The strong acidity and voluminous tannins from the fruit skin make you feel that the grape extract is well extracted into the wine. Over time, it changes to a creamy impression and the flavor of the fruit spreads throughout the mouth.
