RM (Recortan Manipulan) located in Epernay, the representative production area of Champagne. Its history is marked by the start of viticulture in 1724 in the village of Muschi, south of the city of Epernay. It is a venerable producer with a record that it was bottling in-house in the latter half of the 18th century.

Since 1984, the second generation Dominique Tellier has been operating and will start cultivating in strict lut raisonne. The well-maintained fields are just like works of art!

Dominique’s style is very strict.
1. Use only “Tet de Cuvée” (Ichiban Shibori Juice)
2. Do not perform malolactic fermentation
3. Mirageme should be barrel aged. Aging in a long-term bottle for at least 8 years
These methods are easy to write, but very difficult and difficult for other producers to imitate. He does this in a natural way, and he deserves to be called the Champagne Maestro.

Please enjoy and feel his expression that champagne should be with gastronomy and that it is the ultimate in deliciousness.

Experience the magnificence of this exceptional white wine, a true testament to the vineyard’s terroir and the winemaker’s skill. With its radiant golden hue reminiscent of a sun-drenched field, this wine captures the essence of summer in every sip. On the nose, aromas of ripe stone fruits mingle with hints of citrus blossom and a touch of vanilla, creating an intoxicating bouquet that promises delight. The palate is equally enchanting, with flavors that unfold like a symphony – from the crisp acidity of green apples to the lush sweetness of ripe peaches. Silky textures caress the palate, while a lingering finish leaves a lasting impression, inviting contemplation and conversation. This white wine is a true masterpiece, a testament to the beauty of nature and the artistry of winemaking.
