A slightly bluish shade with a sense of transparency. A really fresh scent reminiscent of citrus fruits, minerals and drupes like plums and peaches. It’s also rather thin and unobtrusive. The fresh and vigorous acid is fresh, and the chewy acid, gentle drupe and mineral taste are light and give a very refreshing feeling to the mouth. Since it is aged in old French oak barrels, the aroma of oak is delicately blended. It goes well with squid risotto, scallop grilled with olive oil and garlic.
