It is a rare and valuable wine that can only be made from the best soil.
It’s a very low yield, so it’s a product that you can hardly see, but it’s a wine that impresses you.
It had a brownish tint like old sake and gave a slightly elegant impression like tea, honey, nuts and butter, but the moment I put it in my mouth, I felt a very strong fruity taste.
It was a wine of a different dimension that I had never tasted before, with a happy time as if the mellow fruit flavor with abundant minerality would last forever.

    Vintage 2020

Experience the magnificence of this exceptional white wine, a true reflection of the vineyard’s terroir and the winemaker’s artistry. With its radiant golden hue reminiscent of a sun-drenched field, this wine captures the essence of summer in every sip. Aromas of ripe stone fruits mingle with hints of citrus blossom and a touch of vanilla, creating an intoxicating bouquet that promises delight. On the palate, flavors unfold with grace and elegance, from the lush sweetness of ripe peaches to the vibrant acidity of Meyer lemon. Silky textures caress the palate, while a lingering finish leaves a lasting impression, inviting contemplation and conversation. This white wine is a true masterpiece, deserving of the highest praise and admiration.
