“Engelgarten” which means “garden of angels”. The vineyard is just behind the Domaine and bears the name of the signature wine that represents the dice.
Based on the scent of citrus fruits such as lemon and grapefruit, various nuances such as herbs and minerals are layered on top of each other, and complex tastes that cannot be tasted with a single bite intersect deeply.
Instead of squeezing a lemon into seafood or appetizers, take a sip of this wine. It gives a lot of depth to the dish.

Vintage 2010
Let us now indulge in the splendor of this white wine from the sun-drenched vineyards of Piedmont, where Arneis thrives in the region’s rolling hills and limestone soils. In the glass, it gleams with a pale, straw-like hue, hinting at its elegance and freshness. The nose is greeted with an enticing bouquet of white flowers, citrus fruits, and ripe peaches, with subtle hints of almonds and herbs adding complexity. On the palate, this wine delights with its crisp acidity and layers of fruit, offering flavors of apple, lemon, and nectarine, all framed by a refreshing minerality and a long, vibrant finish. With its purity of fruit and terroir-driven expression, this wine is a true reflection of Piedmont’s winemaking heritage and is sure to enchant the most discerning palate.
