Wine made by Japanese people in France. I started making wine when I was working at a French restaurant when I was a university student. When I met wine, I got the idea that I would like to make it myself someday. I went to France in 1995 without relying on anyone, and while studying French, I struck the gate as a brewer.
Then, in 2000, he launched the long-sought-after Lou Dumont in the land of Burgundy. A lot of work that is thorough in Japanese-like details is exactly craftsmanship. It is also famous for being acknowledged by that Henri Jayer.

Fermented with grape stalks, it has a blue finish similar to that of so-called whole bunch fermentation. You can also feel the exotic nuances, so it goes perfectly with Japanese food.
It is a signature wine of Mr. Koji Okita who wrote “Heaven, Earth, People” filled with various feelings.

    Vintage 2010

With its deep crimson color and intense aromas of dark fruits and spices, this red wine offers a rich palate with a long, satisfying finish. It’s perfect for pairing with rich pasta dishes and grilled meats.
