The Domaine was founded in Macon, Burgundy by the Meursault specialist Domaine de Comte Lafon, known as the “Giant of Meursault”. We make Macon not only “young and fresh” but also “more sophisticated and elegant wine”.
The appearance is lemon yellow. Fresh citrus aromas such as lemon and grapefruit spread, and the nuances of white flowers and honeysuckles rise. In the mouth, the fresh fruit and fresh acidity reminiscent of white peaches fill the mouth, and the faint mineral flavor accentuates the wine. It goes well with a wide range of dishes from daily meal appetizers to main dishes such as salads, tempura, and steamed white fish with wine.
