Ktima Founti Trygias Blanc de Noir is a dry white wine made from 100% black grapes of Kushin Mabro cultivated in Naoussa, a famous brewery in Greece.
It is said to be a valuable wine that is made by gently compressing black fruits and producing slightly white juice. Cold maceration in a new French oak barrel, aged for 8-10 months in a new French oak barrel, and aged for 6 months in a bottle. It is a white wine that makes full use of the characteristics of Kushino Mavro.
It goes well with light dishes such as fish baked in the oven, and dishes with some characteristics such as game.
