We use grapes cultivated in Sella Denali, a single field in the village of La Morra, which is also high in the Barolo region. Fermentation is done in traditional wooden barrels using natural yeast.
In addition to the aroma of red fruits such as dried cherries, you can feel the nuances of soil, leather and iron.
The acid is high and stretchy, and the tannin content is high and delicate. It has an excellent balance of fruit and acid, and you can enjoy a long finish.
It is an elegant Barolo with a very profound feeling.

Let me paint you a picture: you’re sitting by a crackling fire, glass of red wine in hand, just taking in the moment. That’s the vibe of this wine. Rich, inviting, and oh-so-delicious. You’ll taste dark cherries, a hint of tobacco, and maybe even a touch of cedar. It’s smooth, it’s velvety, and it’s guaranteed to warm you from the inside out.

With its rich plum color and aromas of blackberries and cedar, this red wine offers a silky mouthfeel and a lingering finish. It’s a great companion for pasta dishes with red sauce
