The vineyard “Mulan au Moine” is located in the center of the hills of Côte de Beaune and has been owned by Cistercian monasteries since the 10th century. Although it is only 3ha in size, it is a mysterious place that brings various expressions to grapes.
Reminiscent of violets, cherries, humus and blackberries, smooth tannins cover the tongue.
In the mouth, it has a delicate floral flavor and red fruit, and the condensed and firm tannins give it a compositional taste. It is a very pleasant wine with an elegant and gentle finish.
