Bandol, one of the great wines of Provence. Among them, Chateau de Pivalnon is one of Bandol’s best builders. The wine, which is mainly mulvedre, has a solid body and structure. On the other hand, the tannins are well prepared thanks to the sun in the south of France. The animal-like character peculiar to Bandol is faintly felt, and it goes well with lamb chops and motsu dishes.
