Although it is non-vintage, it is a champagne that has been aged in a bottle for 4 years.
Normally, non-vintage so-called standard class champagnes have a 15-month bottle aging requirement under the Wine Law, and vintage-marked champagnes have a 36-month in-bottle aging period.
From this, you can see how much effort this maker’s standard class champagne is made.
In addition, we use a fruit sorting table, which is rare in Champagne, to thoroughly remove rotten grains and dust, and then crush the grapes to pursue the clearest fruits.
The taste is lemon liqueur with yeast aroma, citrus and honey flavors.

Let me tell you about this white wine. It’s like a cool breeze on a hot summer day – crisp, invigorating, and utterly refreshing. Picture juicy green apples, a hint of lime zest, and just a touch of mineral notes. It’s smooth, it’s zesty, and it’s perfect for those lazy afternoons spent on the porch swing. So grab a bottle, chill it to perfection, and let this wine whisk you away to a state of pure relaxation.
