Although it is non-vintage, it is a champagne that has been aged in a bottle for 4 years.
Normally, non-vintage so-called standard class champagnes have a 15-month bottle aging requirement under the Wine Law, and vintage-marked champagnes have a 36-month in-bottle aging period.
From this, you can see how much effort this maker’s standard class champagne is made.
In addition, we use a fruit sorting table, which is rare in Champagne, to thoroughly remove rotten grains and dust, and then crush the grapes to pursue the clearest fruits.
The taste is lemon liqueur with yeast aroma, citrus and honey flavors.

Let us now savor the essence of this white wine from the sun-drenched vineyards of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, where Pinot Grigio thrives in the region’s cool climate and mineral-rich soils. In the glass, it gleams with a pale, straw-like hue, hinting at its elegance and finesse. The nose is greeted with an enticing bouquet of white peach, pear, and citrus zest, with nuances of almond and white flowers adding complexity. On the palate, this wine delights with its crisp acidity and layers of fruit, offering flavors of apple, lemon, and melon, all framed by a refreshing minerality and a long, vibrant finish. With its purity of fruit and terroir-driven expression, this wine is a true reflection of Friuli’s winemaking heritage and is sure to enchant the most discerning palate.
