Weiss Helpst, which is allowed to be made with only single grape varieties in 7 regions of Germany.
A very sweet rosé wine that is as close to white wine as possible, harvested from Rheinhessen’s Cabernet Sauvignon in a frozen state and brewed in much the same way as ice wine.
A beautiful shade of brilliant golden. A sweet, slightly sour scent, such as orange or apricot pickled in syrup, spreads gently.
The texture is soft with no corners. When you put it in your mouth, the mild acid fuses beautifully with the fruit, and it slowly penetrates into your throat with a high-quality sweetness.
If you drink it, you will surely be fascinated by its taste! An elegant dessert wine with a fruity and lustrous atmosphere.
