It comes from the grapes in the selected plots with a low yield and an average age of around 20 years, so it is condensed and the individuality of each variety is strongly expressed in the wine.
The presence of Mourvedre gives the wine a lot of personality, balance and complexity.
The clear tone with salmon pink reflection and the powerful aroma of fruits and flowers are attractive. It has a light, spicy aroma with a rich, rounded taste reminiscent of peaches and pomegranates, with a well-balanced acidity that accentuates the taste.

A vibrant rosé wine with a nose of red berries and a hint of floral. Its zesty acidity and refreshing finish make it a delightful choice for appetizers, seafood, and light pasta dishes
