Slowly ripe grapes are carefully selected and blended in Carneros and Oak Knoll, where the temperature difference is moderately controlled by the influence of the morning mist flowing from San Pablo Bay.
Starting with the refreshing aromas of green fruits such as pears and ripe apples, the sweet scents of white peaches, nectarines, honey and tropical fruits drift when the temperature rises a little.
Very mellow and creamy mouthfeel. The thick and rich body is fused with moderately high quality acid, and it does not feel heavy.
It is best not to overcool the wine. Why not try it with carbonara, gratin, or a salad with a strong dressing.
