A playful and innovative orange wine by Mathieu Dice, the eldest son who inherits the philosophy of the Alsace wine master “Marcel Dice”.Extremely dry type with zero residual sugar.
Grape from over 50 years old trees is brewed using the brewing method “Maceration Carbonic”, which is not done in Alsace. It has a very unusual structure that is just right for the wine name “Sangurier” = “unique”.
Dark yellow with a calm appearance with a golden tinge. Ripe pears, white peaches, sweet aromas reminiscent of honey, and the gorgeous scent of white flowers drift from the glass.
The balance between the umami of condensed grapes from old trees and the intricately entwined minerals is very elegant. It has a rich, dry taste with a bittersweet finish like black tea or orange peel that remains on the tongue for a long time.
