Sans Soufre in French means “no antioxidants (sulfurous acid)”.
It is a sparkling wine made by a method called “Ancestral” in which bottles of fermented wine are bottled and the carbon dioxide gas generated by yeast is melted into a sparkling wine.
It is characterized by the turbidity of the grapes that is unique to non-filtration, and the fresh scent and taste that is unique to raw stuffing.
The fine bubbles of natural carbon dioxide enhance the freshness. You can enjoy the taste of “a higher-grade Delaware variety” created by careful cultivation and brewing.
