Taittinger Nocturne is a slightly dry Champagne produced by Tetanger in the Champagne region of Reims, France.
The name called Nocturne (Nocturne) inherits the concept of “L’Instant Taittinger” (a moment at the time of Tetanger), which began with Prelude Grand Cru (prelude).
Made from 40% Chardonnay and 60% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, and blended more than 35 “crus” in the final formulation from many different vineyards,
It is aged for at least 4 years before being degoljuman. Due to the ripeness obtained from the slow aging in the cellar and the 17.5G/L dozage, it has a sweet and full flavor that is suitable for night champagne and can be called just nocturne.
