An up-and-coming domaine founded by Sylvain Roische in 2005 at the age of 21.
The Royche family originally had vineyards in Burgundy, but rented vineyards to producers because Sylvain’s grandfather and father were doing other business.
Growing up watching winemaking since childhood, Roische regained those fields when he graduated from college and started making wine himself.
Since then, he has practiced biologic farming in all fields. He produces refined wines and is noted as a modern maker of Burgundy expectations.
We do not use herbicides or chemicals as much as possible, and use natural fertilizers such as dried bird droppings to create the ideal soil.
The activated soil has excellent breathability, and microorganisms such as earthworms and bacteria become abundant, and the wine produced has a taste that fully expresses the characteristics of the soil.

Let me introduce you to this white wine. It’s like a whisper in the wind – subtle, intriguing, and utterly enchanting. Imagine delicate white peaches, a hint of elderflower, and just a touch of flinty minerality. It’s smooth, it’s nuanced, and it’s perfect for those intimate moments shared with someone special. So pour yourself a glass, savor every sip, and let this wine weave its magic.
