Made from 100% fragrant Trebbiano harvested in Petrolo’s highest quality vineyard “Bodgina”. A juicy white wine that is rich, mellow, and thick, gently pressed from hand-picked organic grapes, fermented using natural yeast, and aged in French oak barrels for two years with starch.
The appearance is a bright golden color that tells the aging of the barrel. When poured into a glass, the aroma of tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango drifts softly, followed by custard cream, toast, sesame-like aromas, and a hint of water eggplant-like vegetable nuances.
Soft and very creamy in the mouth. Rich fruit flavors such as ripe apples, white peaches and pears, and a rich umami flavor made in French oak barrels spread comfortably, and the dignified acid tightens the whole.
