Mout Eden Vineyards was recognized by AVA in 1982 and is a unique maker who keeps in mind traditional methods. His over 16 hectares of vineyards are located near the summit of Mount Eden at an altitude of around 600 meters.
Grape grown in a relatively cool natural environment retains a strong acidity and is harvested at a low yield, creating a feeling of condensation in each grape.
