The appearance is a deep garnet color reminiscent of the taste of condensed fruits. The sweet aroma of ripe black fruits of cassis, jam and blackberries is well matched with the roasted aroma unique to new barrel aging.
It is followed by a powerful and impactful fruity attack that is unimaginable in the mouth, a ripe fruit sweetness and abundant tannins. The mild acidity is moderately rich, and the flavors of high-quality, mellow herbs and spices drift for a long time to the finish.
