Graham Beck Brut Blanc de Blancs is a dry Blanc de Blanc produced at Graham Beck Wines in Western Cape, South Africa.
The average age of the vineyards in the winery is 16 years, with fertile calcareous soil spread over red shale and sandy kalu soil. 100% Chardonnay cultivated in carefully selected plots of our own fields are used, and the harvest is done by hand.
We have procured genuine brewing equipment from the Champagne region and use the same secondary fermentation in the bottle as Champagne.
