The new barrel rate is 15-20%. The batonage is very light, once a month. The first settling is performed when barrel ripening is completed, transferred to a stainless steel tank, and aged for 6 months with settling. Bottled after aging for a total of 18 months.
The name Les Perrieres comes from the old name “perriers” of the masons who worked near the quarry. Minerals and rocks influence the flavor of this wine, characterized by a solid skeleton and strength, but never heavy. Aromas of flowers, fruits, spices and stones unique to this appellation. Enjoy elegant minerals and surprisingly long-lasting flavors.
