Dom Pérignon Reserve de l’Abbaye is made by Moet & Chandon and is also called the highest peak of Dom Pérignon.
The contents are rare champagnes with a small amount of production, which are aged for about 20 years in the cellar without intentionally settling the highly appreciated vintage Dom Pérignon and white.
The name Dom Perignon Reserve de la Bay (Gold) comes from the Monastery of Auviere (La Baie de Vière), where the monks of the Dom Perignon invented champagne.
Since the label is gold, it is also called as Domperi Gold,
France’s Le Clasman magazine said, “The world-famous excellence of Dom Pérignon. Well-known as the finest product, Dom Pérignon was born from the delicate, chardonnay, deep and powerful harmony of Pinot Noir. It has a strong style and is made of metal.”
Wine critic Hugh Johnson also said, “The quality is unchanging from beginning to end and the creamy smoothness is amazing.”
