Dom Pérignon P3 is a very rare champagne made by aging a well-acclaimed vintage Dom Pérignon white for more than 25 years.
Don Pérignon is said to have three stages of wine aging peaks (prenitude), and Don Pérignon P3 is a champagne that has been aged for Max.
Unlike P2, some vintages are divided, but since it takes 25 years to mature, the price is the highest among Don Perignon. (The best is Don Perignon Platinum).
The taste of Don Perignon beyond the third ripening peak is said to be unknown.
