Dom Pérignon P2 is a champagne of Enoteque that was sent to the world over a further aging period (about 16 years) than regular Dom Pele, like Enotec.
However, unlike Enotek, “P2” is based on the concept of reaching the peak of the second stage of ripening, called “second pre-maturation”, using grapes harvested in 1998. It is a little Don Pérignon that was released.
When the second peak is reached, it is said that the best of the Grand Cru-grade special grade grapes will be exhibited to the maximum extent, and it is said that the product has a deep and full taste.
