A skillful blend of raw sake from multiple AVA fields. The top cuvée of “Con Creek” that continues to produce high quality wines with Napa-like fruit, richness and elegance.
We use grapes from Atlas Peak, Diamond Mountain, Oak Knoll, St. Helena, Calistoga, Mount Wieder, Oakville, Stags Leap District, Childs Valley and Rutherford.
Aromas of menthol, dark mocha, black pepper and spices blend comfortably with the aromas of well-ripened blackberries and other black fruits.
