Only 4 blocks centered on Old Wente (a clone of Chardonnay distributed from “Wente”, a super old winery of American wine. Most of the old American Chardonnay trees are said to be this Wente clone). Reserve wine using grapes from a special section.
After crushing the grapes, the first selection is carried out. During aging, only the richest and purest ones are further selected by barrel tasting, sifted through a two-stage sieving, and only those that clear it are allowed to pay homage.
Overwhelmed by the taste of the thick white fruits of Peach Nectar. It’s creamy but somehow fresh.
