A fifth-class chateau owned by Baron Philippe Drosschild, who works on the Château Mouton Rothschild. Through various reforms, we continue to improve quality and are attracting attention as “a new model for Medoc.”
The appearance is a slightly deep purplish garnet color. From the glass, the rich fruit aromas of cassis, plums and boysenberries rise. Swirling creates a complex and deep scent with nuances such as violets, forest undergrowth, menthol, pepper and tobacco. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a solid structure with a lively attack. Rich tannins and fresh acid harmonize with thick fruit.
