Calera Mills Pinot Noir The origin of the field name is John Everett Mills.
From a person who ran a quarry in the mountainous area that became the field for Carrera and who helped in the acquisition of the winery land.
It is cultivated in the original rootstock without grafting, which is rare even in California.
It is said that Pinot Noir’s pure taste and firm tannins are similar to the taste of Romane Conti’s (DRC) Grand Echezo.
