A brilliant tan tone. When poured into a glass, the aroma of passion fruit and the refreshing aroma of green grass and herbs overlap and rise from the glass.
Rich acid and thick minerals are in perfect harmony with the citrus fruit, which is reminiscent of oranges and grapefruits in the mouth. It is a very elegant and well-proportioned taste that tightens the plump taste of the fruit.
Excellent compatibility with dishes using seafood such as aqua pazza and crustaceans. It is one that you will want to taste again and again, which conveys the wishes of the producers whose motto is “Wine making that does not interfere with drinking with meals”.
