Uses the grape pomace used in the treasure sashkaia of Italian wine. After aging in French oak for 4 years, it is a gem that has been aged for another year with the baric used for aging sashkaia (wine).
Amber appearance. It has an impression of spice and richness, and the sweet aroma of vanilla, cocoa, nutmeg and licorice and the fragrant aroma of oak, coffee and bancha give a sense of luxury. There are also faint blue notes like leather and young hay.
Dry full body. The alcoholic sensation feels a little youthful, and the richness and mellowness unique to barrel aging and the slight tightening with tannins add thickness to the entire wine.
Especially with the lingering finish, flavors such as tobacco, cocoa and nuts spread in multiple layers and continue to be warm for a long time.
