100% Cabernet Sauvignon cultivated with pesticide-free and chemical-free fertilizer is naturally fermented in a concrete tank. Only the most squeezed juice after pressing is aged in a new French oak barrel for 24 months, and nothing is added except for the minimum SO2, which is the ultimate wine of the owner.
The appearance is a garnet with a dark blackish color that expresses a feeling of condensation. With ripe blackberries and plums, spicy aromas of black olives and black pepper, barrel-aged cedar trees and nuts, and ebony nuances, elegant and complex aromas fold from the glass.
