n 2000, 2 hectares of land on ch Varandro was covered with a vinyl sheet to prevent damage from rain, but the appellation authorities did not recognize this as a legitimate cultivation method, so it was sold as Van de Table. I did. Also, because I couldn’t call myself Varandro on the label, it is written as “L’Interdit de V … D”. The production method is exactly the same as ch Varandrow, except that the field is covered with a vinyl sheet. Since it is a vand table, vintage notation is not possible, but of course, the vintage is 2000.
