Domaines Lupier La Dama is a dry, full-bodied red wine produced by Domaine Le Pierre in Navarra, Spain.
Domaine Le Pierre La Dama by Domaine Le Pierre, who has made a complete transition to biodynamic farming since 2011 and produces wine.
We cultivate grapes in fields of clay-calcic soil scattered at altitudes of 500 to 750 m, land of continental climate affected by the Atlantic Ocean.
We practice the biodynamic farming method that uses ecologically-friendly compost and respects the ecosystem, such as decocting herbs and planting them in the fields.
We grow high-quality grapes with a low yield that can only be obtained from old trees with an average age of 80 years.
In order to prevent the fruits from being crushed, they are carefully hand-picked in a case with a capacity of 12 kg, the first selection is done in the field, and the second selection is done after importing, and only the best finished grapes are used.
A slightly bright and shiny red.
Spice the gorgeous scent of condensed raspberries and cranberries.
The coexistence of a pleasant floating feeling and high-density smooth fruit is impressive. It is a wonderful wine that grows in power over time and changes its expression as it spins, yet retains its elegance.
