Light gold with a green tinge. Viscosity is strong.
A fruity and clean aroma of grapefruit, pears and white peaches.
There is also a nuance of white flowers.
The attack is soft, viscous, and dry with plenty of umami. Rich mineral richness and fruity flavor. The balance is outstanding, and the rich acidity blends with the fruit to create a wonderful flavor.
