Saint-Romain is located at the foot of the highest cliff in the white wine region of Côte de Beaune. Sue Le Chateau Blanc uses grapes grown on clay soil with marl mixed with limestone, and terroir is well represented in the taste.
Sharp acidity, rich minerality, and soft texture. There are also nuances of exotic fruits such as pineapple, and the finish is long and beautiful.
A feeling of volume that Saint-Romain fans are fully satisfied with. Please enjoy the unique taste of this place, which is said to be a “sacred place for minerals”.
