The grapes of this wine are “Les Marches” sandwiched between the fields of the great Premier Cru (1st grade) “Lavo Saint-Jacques”, which is cult-popular among Burgundy wine lovers and is comparable to the Grand Cru. From. Pinot Noir from an old tree with an average age of 35 years is aged in oak barrels for 18 months and brewed in a strict natural way. It is a masterpiece that combines elegance and strength.
The brilliant ruby tones, the aromas of bright red fruits of framboise and raspberries, and the scents reminiscent of violets, cinnamon and vanilla rise from the glass.
Impression that the mouthfeel is fresh and light. The balance between the lively fruit of wild strawberries that fills the mouth, smooth tannins, and pleasant acidity is perfectly balanced, leaving a long finish on the tongue with the taste of pure grapes.
