Don Romero Cava Brut is a dry cava produced by CBL in the Penedes area of Catalonia, Spain.
Because it is a cava, it is made by the same process as “Champagne secondary fermentation”. By the secondary fermentation in the bottle, which takes time and effort, a sparkling wine with fine bubbles and fine texture is completed.
The color is pale straw with a green tinge.
Citrus aromas such as ripe fruits and grapefruit. Or a sweet scent like honey.
The texture is elegant and lively, with a good balance of fruit and richness.
In addition, there is a slight bitterness on the finish, giving the whole a sharp feel.
