Made from 100% madrassa, a black grape variety that represents Azerbaijan, this rosé has a rich fruit and freshness. The field uses only organic fermented fertilizer. The grapes are carefully hand-picked and aged in stainless steel tanks suitable for modern winemaking to leave them fresh.
Light pink tones with an orange tinge. When poured into a glass, the gentle fruity aromas of peaches and lychees, and the gorgeous aromas of roses and white flowers rise.
The fruit of red cherries and framboise and the fresh, crisp acid harmonize beautifully to create a soft flavor. A dignified mineral is felt in the finish, and the whole is well-balanced.
If you want to combine it with the food, we recommend cooking with seafood. It is one that can be combined with a wide range of dishes from appetizer dishes such as carpaccio and smoked salmon to main dishes such as bouillabaisse and aqua pazza.
